Awakening What Is Needed To Change
Whatever you desire in your life that you currently lack necessitates some form and extent of change. It could be as simple as switching to a different brand of soap or as significant as running a marathon in under 10 hours, and currently weigh 350 pounds.
Even minor changes might involve altering numerous personal habits to consistently perform new actions every day for 40 days, but you’ve never even attempted those new actions for a single day.
“Wake Up Your Life” is about awakening something within you that is currently dormant, enabling you to make a change. You may need to awaken more energy, heightened awareness, increased attention and focus, the ability to establish boundaries and say no to people you never could before, or embrace and engage in behaviors you previously only rejected.
