You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or use any of our proprietary coaching frameworks or processes for your own commercial use without express written permission.
3. Use License & Restrictions
You are granted permission to temporarily view the materials on this website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Under this license, you may not:
- Use the materials or questionnaire structures to create a competing product or service.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or crack any scoring algorithms or systems used on the site.
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
4. User-Submitted Data & Research Consent
When you submit an application or take an assessment on this website, you certify that all information provided is accurate. By participating in our assessments, you grant Way of the MAGI the right to anonymize and store your responses for long-term data tracking, scientific study, and proprietary coaching research purposes, in accordance with my Privacy Policy.

In no event shall Way of the MAGI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website, even if notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
